For Hotels Only: At time of submission, we ask only that you provide 2022 metrics (water and electricity). In early 2023, before the recognition ceremony, we will reach out and ask you to send all relevant 2023 data for your business. This will encompass: water, electricity, recycling, green waste, and gas.
For Events, Grocery Stores, Office, Retail, Restaurant, Foodservice: We will collect documentation during the site visit. Typically this looks like someone from our team taking pictures as related to items you marked on the checklist (Energy Star equipment, packaging for eco-products, etc.)
For 10 Entry Level Program applicants: Typically documentation will be a minimum of one photo per checklist item. If you are in contact with a Clean Energy Wayfinder, please let them know any questions you may have.
